How do I find my shareholder number (SRN/HIN)?
If you want to make changes to your FMS shareholding, or create an online account with Computershare to manage your contact details and other matters, you will need your holder number (SRN/HIN). You can find this number on a printed share statement. If you can’t find your holder number (or it is displayed as ‘withheld’), contact Computershare . You will need to provide your name, date of birth, phone number and address noted on your shareholding.

To change the name on your FMS shareholding (for example due to a marriage or a divorce), click here to access the Change of Name form. Complete the form and return it to Computershare (address on the form) with supporting documentation as specified on the form.
