If you want to make changes to your FMS shareholding, or create an online account with Computershare to manage your contact details and other matters, you will need your holder number (SRN/HIN). You can find this number on a printed share statement. If you can’t find your holder number (or it is displayed as ‘withheld’), contact Computershare . You will need to provide your name, date of birth, phone number and address noted on your shareholding.

You can view and update your shareholding details (postal and email address, bank account, tax file number) by creating or logging in to your online account with Computershare. If you are logging in for the first time, you will need to set-up your account using your SRN/HIN (see question above).

To change the name on your FMS shareholding (for example due to a marriage or a divorce), click here to access the Change of Name form. Complete the form and return it to Computershare (address on the form) with supporting documentation as specified on the form.

To transfer your FMS shareholding to another person, click here to access the Standard Transfer form. Complete the form and return it to Computershare (address on the form) with supporting documentation as specified on the form.
